What goes into a custom booth quote?

A useful quote starts with a defined scope. Here are the details that make the biggest difference to that conversation.

Shape, size and quantity

A long straight run, a corner and a U-shaped booth involve different configurations. Share the dimensions of each piece and the number of units rather than a total seating length alone.

Upholstery and construction details

Material selection, backrest style, finished exterior surfaces and special details all affect the fabrication scope. Reference images help communicate the look, but the exact specification still needs to be agreed.

Access and project logistics

Consider where the furniture is going, how it will enter the building and the target opening or remodel date. Confirm delivery, installation and any site work explicitly in the quote.

Compare the same scope

Review what each quote includes: quantity, dimensions, materials, finishes, logistics and timing. If a detail changes after review, ask for an updated scope before proceeding. Keep the agreed plan and material references with the final specification.
